Captive Bead Rings, Ball Closure Rings

CBRs are basically captive bead rings used as body jewellery items. The jewellery is also termed as a ball closure ring as well. Into a wire that is circular in shape, a ball shaped bead is fitted in well. The bead is fitted into the wire in such a way that it does not move or fall off even if the circle remains open. It appears as if the wire has clamped the bead securely. Titanium, stainless steel or niobium is used in the making of this wire. As far as beads are concerned semi precious stones, ceramic or colored glass is used. CBR jewellery for the body has gained immense popularity in the recent time. The jewellery can be removed on removal of the bead. The best part about CBRs is that it does not get entangled into things like clothes, hair, etc. Besides the navel the CBR jewellery can be used on lips as well as nipples as well.
